Through lived experience, the Pecan team is committed to addressing racial and social injustice as they meet it. Delivering our services in the context and sensitivities of diverse communities. We provide leaders and individuals with relevant stories, frameworks and tools to sensitively navigate their path towards having an inclusive workplace.
